Fps lock bug in Premiere Pro

Hey guys i need a help I set the video to 60fps and the clip is 60fps but when i try to render it it Locked to 24 or 30 fps And when i open it in Vlc player its 60fps fottage but when i upload it to Youtube or TikTok its 24 /30fps fottage

What is the framerate in the Sequence Settings? That option sets the display timecode format.
