Fraime io について

Question

Fraime ioを使用できない状態になっているのでどなたかご教示いただけると助かります。

当初はエラーが表示されて使用出来なかったのですが、creative cloudでｖ4をインストールしてやっと通常の使用が出来るという段階まで来ました。

その後、ADD　projectをクリックし、project　maneを入れた後、下のcreateを押して次に進む所で、createが反応してくれません。

その為にここから先に進まず困っています。何度も再起動をして試しましたができませんでした。

仕事で使用する為、何とか解決したいと考えています。
