Question

Frame Hold displays wrong frame.

I’m trying to use Frame Hold in Premiere Pro, following an Adobe online tutorial.  I place a cut before and after the frame I want to hold, then position the playhead over the desired frame. Next, I go to Clip > Video Options > Frame Hold. However, instead of holding on the selected frame, it holds on a different one.

I tried adjusting the Frame Hold Options, but no matter what I do, I can’t get it to hold the correct frame. As a workaround, I take a snapshot of the frame from the Program Monitor and import it into the timeline, but I’d really like to get Frame Hold working as expected.

Has anyone else experienced this issue or found a fix?

Do you have effects like Warp Stabilizer applied?

Try trashing media cache. See how that goes.
