Frame.io not functioning properly beyond 23.0

Then, if both logins use the same email, there's the problem. Search the forum for frame.io issues last week. There's a staffer replying there, send them a message or post on that thread.

My frame.io login predates Adobe's aquisition. It is through my company gmail. I would not be able to change it.

Did you have a Frame.io account prior to or separate from the Premiere provided account?

A staffer was replying in a different thread here on Frame.io last week, noting that if the same email login is used for the 'separate' Frame.io account as your CC login, there can be troubles.

So the user changed their "separate" Frame.io login account email, and suddenly Premiere was much happier with Frame.io. I don't understand why/what or the details, but that thread is on here from last week.
