Hi there!

 

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing issues. Could you try to log out of your https://adobe.ly/4hhpnsz account within Premiere Pro and then log back in to refresh the connection? Have you tried deleting cache files and resetting preferences? Also, what happens when creating a new project in Premiere Pro and then accessing the https://adobe.ly/4hhpnsz panel to see if the issue persists?

Hello.

1. Logging out: No luck.

2. Deleting cache with Shift: No luck.

3. Resetting preferences: I have sooo many preferences I set over many months - I can't just reset this, can I make backup of some sort first?

4. New project then access panel: No luck
