frame.io - playback in program monitor consistently about 10 seconds off from comments

So that's it in a nutshell: I click on a comment in the comment window (this is in the review workspace) and the playback consistently jumps to a spot about 10 seconds earlier in the timeline and program monitor. Both the timeline and exported/uploaded video start at 00:00:00 - what gives?
