Question

Frame.io v4 extension upload failed

Basically I'm trying to export and upload a sequence directly using the plugin. Export is fine but immediately after it is getting stuck saying uploading 0B of 3.13GB and in the browse tab it's saying upload failed.

Hey @iancmy, we'll likely need to hop on a call to triage the cause of your issue. I'll DM you to set up a time.

@iancmy and @Michał20355538a5tx sorry things aren't working! I've direct messaged you both. To debug further, please provide the email address associated with your Frame.io account. Thanks much!

@Michał20355538a5tx our engineers are investigating this issue. However, we're struggling to find repeatable steps to reproduce. Would you be open to meeting with me and our engineers to find the root cause of the issue?

i have the same issue in PP version 25.6.3

@iancmy without looking at your network traffic, it's hard to tell the root cause. Could we set up some time with you and our Software Engineers to triage your upload issue?
