Frame.IOS Encoder doesn't export well

Hello!  I have this problem since I updated the premiere pro at the latest version.
I export my sequence but i have a shoot that  media encoder doesn't upload or something like that, it's took the layer below that shot, it's just that. 
Did it happen to someone else?
