Frame picture in picture when Media encoding

Question

While media encoding, I get strange upside-down pictures encoded into the video. It only happens when I media encode. When I look at the video in Premiere itself, it doesn't happen.

I've deleted the media cash in both, Premiere and the Media Encoder. I've reset the clip (deleted all attributes) and re-done everything. Still same.

I'm working with Ultra Key, Frame Hold, and Motion effects.

Does anybody know what the problem could be? I'm scratching my head and have no idea what this could be.

I'm using:

Premiere Pro 15

Media Encoder 15.4 build 42

I'm working on a MacMini M1

Looks like there are 2 problems since I've upgraded to the latest 15.4 version on my M1:

- I get these strange effects on the pictures when I use Frame Hold Segments. If I take a TIFF image and add that I don't have this problem.

- It seems that there is a problem when changing from one frame to the next, that the effects for a few seconds aren't applied.

I've downgraded Premiere and Media Encoder to 15.2 again, but now the Media Encoder hangs and can't open the project anymore. So f*ing 12 hours down the drain editing and finding out what's wrong. Looks like I have to start from scratch again, and for this, I pay how much money??? It's ok if this would be an open-source product, but I'm honestly fed up. I've chosen Adobe because of the seamless integration of tools but seems there's no support and serious bugs.
