Frame playback error
Hi guys,
Any help would be appreciated with this issue, I'm tearing my hair out over here!
It's not actually showing the error message at the moment, but it was something along the lines of frame recursion subtitution error. My footage will not playback at all in Premiere 2023, and occasionally you can see a frame but none of the audio is there and it won't play back. I had to deliver a video last week and as a desperate work around, I imported it into microsoft clipchamp and then exported at 1080 and reimported into premiere and then I could work with the footage, but obviously very time consuming and lower quality.
I see others have had this problem with Premiere editions after 2019, but I can't see how to download this version...
I saw other workarounds and none of them have worked- I tried render and replacing the clips, making proxies (they failed), deleting the render files on the sequence and restarting premiere, rendering in to out and telling premiere to interpret the media as 50fps instead of 25 fps. Does anyone have any other suggestions? Grateful for any advice!
