is that a VFR (Variable Frame Rate) footage?

if so, do a Constant Frame Rate encoding on Handbrake

then import it back to Premiere Pro.

Hey SM24monkeys, sorry for the frame substitution issue.

When does this error message appear? While you're opening the project, while you're editing, etc. Please let us know!

Here is something you can try.

1. Save and close Premiere.

2. Find the video file you are editing.

3. Rename that video file (it can be simple, like adding a 1 to the end of the file name)

4. Re-open your Premiere project. It will say the media is offline.

5. Right-click your clip in the timeline and select "Relink Media"

6. Find your file again, the one we renamed.

7. See if Premiere will let you edit normally.

Please let us know how this goes,

Caroline

If i import some file the issue happens.

Why its even happening at first!

Its working in davinci!
