Free draw bezier

Question

These shapes are for masking. All shapes have "mask" word added to it's name, except Free draw bezier. What is the reason for that?

That's correct—these masking tools, including Free Draw Bezier, are only accessible through the Effect Controls panel and are applied directly to the selected effect or shape.

All three options are used for masking purposes. The "Free Draw Bezier" tool allows for custom shape creation by adding and manipulating points.
