Free essential graphics will not play on YouTube

Finished timeline using one of the Free Essential Graphics in PP 2024 for a beginning title sequence. Uploaded to YouTube, but am told the video is "Blocked Worldwide" due to "Copyrighted Material," specifically the beginning title sequence.

Does "Free" not mean free from copyright infringement?
