Freezes and screen goes black when editing

While editing, it slows down after a while and then freezes.

Then the screen goes black, it does not improve without reopening the program again

The following was done :

-Computer formatted 

-tried with windows 10 and 11 

-gpu changed 

-ram changed 

-All updates and bios update done 

-Power supply has been changed (Previously there was a "video memory management" and blue screen issue, it was fixed after the change but the problem in premiere pro persists 

-Tested positive for stress
