Frequent crash indicators but Premiere hasn’t crashed

This just started yesterday. Every 30 minutes or so, I get a window stating I have crashed. The report says to update the app and/or reaet settings. . Except it seemingly has not crashed. I close this window and premiere seems to be chugging along just fine. This is happening across multiple unrelated projects. I have reset settings, deleted media cache, deleted video previews, restarted the computer, reinstalled 24.5, all to no avail. So I re-reinstalled 24.6.1, the warnings continue. Anyone come across this?
