Fresh installed Premiere stutters extremly on Video Playback (Choppy)

I've recorded a little demo on what my problem is.

Every video, stutters extremely in premiere (works flawless in any other player)

Win 110 Pro

Intel I7 4790K - 4.0 GHz
16 RAM

GeForce GTX 780 Ti

Windows, Premiere and Video on SSD

did you ever get this fixed? The answer by the adobe staff is bullshit. I am noticing that answer on just about any questions asked in these help forums. They hardly ever truly offer a reasonable fix. I am experiencing the exact issue. and I cannot figure it out. can you help me? [personal info deleted by mod]

Might want in ingest the footage the proper way via the Media Browser and let it conform before doing anything.

16 gig of ram is not much for assume HD H.264 footage.

Also might want to consider proxies.

The 16 GB should be enough to play a 3 MB video lip. (My humble assumption as a Software Developer)

Premiere only used 3GB of RAM int total at that moment.

I've also tried it via Media Browser, but it didn't made any difference.

Weird problem. Sorry. Please show us a screenshot of your Audio Hardware preferences. This issue is sometimes related to that.
