Frozen frame in Premiere Pro CC

Hi,

When I cut my video down to a exact spot in my timeline, I experience a frozen frame in the video on my timeline. It's hard to explain, but it's a frame that freeze the same place as the frame before without moving further as it should do, the next frame again works fine and play as a video. The spot can vary, and I get the "bug" on multiples video files (all GoPro files, mp4), in my project.

I need the clips in slowmotion, so I slowed all the clips down to about 30% using Clip Speed / Duration and the Optical Flow to make it smooth. That's the only thing i have done to the clips. I have tryed to delete all my cache files, but without luck.

I have uploaded a short video of the problem to youtube.

That could easily produce the effect you're seeing.  You just don't have enough frames, so PP will duplicate some.

What is the frame rate of the video?

What is the sequence setting?

Have you tried time remapping instead?

The frame rate of the video is 60 fps.

The fps sequence setting is 29,97 fps.

I have not tryed time remapping, but can I use Optical Flow with time remapping?

Thanks for the help! I appreciate it

Try matching the sequence to the media.  Also uncheck  "Composite in linear color".

Yes. If you are applying other effects to that video, nest video in its own sequence, do the time remapping, and then put the nested sequence in the main sequence and apply the effects.
