Frozen installation
On installation for the premiere pro it starts to download and gets to about 5.6% and then freezes it tells me it has 1hr an 30 minutes I come back 3 hours later and it was still on 5.6 I've done everything on the support page but nothing is working anyone know why this is happening and yes my internet connection is stable
