Fujifilm F log-C Premiere Preview Issue

Hello everyone, I'm shooting in flog c format with fujifilm xh2. But when editing on premiere, the image processing is very slow and I can't use the preview fluently. Does anyone have a similar problem, what should I do as a solution?

    So that is 6K long-GOP?

     

    That would be a load for most rigs ... the 6k just exacerbates the entire long-GOP issues.

    Everyone's mileage always varies ...

        Hi again, i shot with Fujifilm Xh2 6k 30 fps, h264 f-log C. My premiere sequence is 4k vertical size. And currently using macbooc m2 Pro, 12 cpu 19 gpu. 16 ram, Sequoia ver 15. (there was no issue before premiere updates)
