Full Emoji support on Windows (OS)

Why doesn't Adobe push Microsoft to improve their text engine to be more like Apple's? Microsoft always seems to be one step behind Apple. Adobe's new features are usually available to Apple users months or even years before they are available to Windows users.

This particular feature is extremely important to me and I'm not sure how long I'll have to wait for it to be available on Windows!

Adobe's recent update which implemented the Google Noto font while deprecating Emoji One has ruined the appearance of emojis in the Windows ecosystem. The Google Noto font is not recognized by Ai, and Photoshop also has minor issues with Emoji fonts. I had already brought up this issue a year ago, but even after a year, the problem persists.
