Generative extend isn't working

I can't get generative extend to work. Using version 25.4.1 build 3, I've tried multiple clips to no avail including 4K at 23.97, 1080 at 30.00, some clips were RAW some were 709, none had slow motion or any effects applied. I tried unlinking them from the audio track, also didn't work. Always the same message "can't complete generative extend." What can I try next?  TIA

Hi Kevin,

Sorry for the delay in replying, I've been waiting on a response from my IT team on this. They indicated that my team is on a plan that has all of the functionality open and nothing blocked from our side. So, a week later and hearing this from them, I check it out and discover that generative extend is now working fine for me. I don't know if previously the servers were overloaded, if our IT people opened this up only in the last week, or some other issue. It is working now so unless it stops, I'm good to go.

Hi, 

Thanks for the post. What kind of environment are you in? Home studio, enterprise, or an educational facility? I wonder if it has to do with something an admin has done to prevent it from working. Let me know.
