We are a US company with an Adobe Suite enterprise account.
Others have posted this bug. I'm posting here at the same time as I've let our IT and admin know about the issue, hoping the solution is simpler and faster than waiting for it it to go through channels internally. I used this tool with success in beta! Great addition to the suite. My laptop was just upgraded, the tool is now native, why the sudden bug? One possibility: we also have offices in the UK and Asia. Possible that's locking out this function? Even though I am a US employee with US IP address.
