Generic Error when importing XML file

Hello I'm on adobe PP 2020 and I'm trying to import those XML files that come from videos that I made two weeks ago but everytime I try to import those XML files I get that error message. Can you help me? I really believe that it's because of that, that the audio quality isn't that good on the original file.
