Hello Sir,

As a part of our media asset management module, we need to export "premiere pro" files into our website to enable sharing of links to our clients (similar to what frame.io does) kindly advise us how can we do this.

Thanks in advance

Regards,

no, I don't know how to help. You might try posting a duplicate of your last mssg in DREAMWEAVER forum.. as they would have people who deal with networks and updates, comments, etc... like you wish to have.

There is a similar system for people producing movies and episodic TV ( especially episodic cause it's a fast process )… where certain people review mp4 file DAILIES and rough cuts, etc... and comment on them so the editor can make changes.  But that system is typically limited to only certain production and crew personnel … not hundreds of people. It is also a system provided by a 3rd party, as the producers would only use the service for the duration of the production, at which time ( afterward ) that company basically is dissolved.

I don't know any producers on a personal level where I could call them and ask what they are using etc.

    good luck !

Export to an appropriate codec suitable for web streaming

Use the FTP program of your choice to copy from your hard drive to your web site

There is no such thing as a 'premiere pro' file... you only get 'exports' out of premier pro ( or xml, edl, etc. ) but what you usually GET is a video with audio or whatever ( animation etc,)…. Those are, as you know, highly compressed or intermediate, uncompressed...and span a large number of choices. Typically they have a wrapper ( mov, mp4, etc.) and a codec.

Frame IO is a collaboration tool... it doesn't upload to websites. PPro does not upload to websites.

A website is on a server with domain name. You apparently have bootstrapcdn serving your 'blog' and somewhere there is a server for that stuff. It is probably based on some kind of template design that allows the owner ( YOU ) to upload what you want to your pages.

YOU can set up something ( like Dreamweaver ) to communicate with the server you have permissions for accessing. And you can design websites with that program, and upload them via settings you give it ( the FTP settings, etc. ). That can include media LINKS ( video) but that has to be uploaded to the SERVER ( as a nice streaming type video, like mp4 H264 )… .and put in the correct server folder and so on...

Microsoft has something called Azure, and maybe there is some CDN template driven thing that would work with that, but it doesn't really address your desire... which is to just upload video from PPro, which you cannot do.
