Question

Getting back into Adobe after years, where should I start?

Hi everyone,
This is my second time using Adobe since high school, and I feel pretty rusty. I have Adobe Creative Cloud now and I’m not sure where to start again.

Should I focus on learning one program first (like Photoshop), or try a few at once?

Any advice would help!

I would suggest first going through the entire Help file document found in the Help menu. There have been many changes since you last used it, and at least the Help file will get you up to date on most of the changes.

Past that ... of course, LinkedIn Learning is solid. The newer ones of course, as there have been stunning changes in both 25.x and 26.x. Although many basic editing processes are still the same essentially.

For YouTube, Paul Murphy’s Premiere Pro channel, Colin’s VideoRevealed, and Kelsey’s “PremiereGal” are the ones I recommend most. There are some good ones though on the official Adobe YouTube channels now too.

    Everyone's mileage always varies ...
