Getting closed panels back

I am unfamiliar with getting closed panels back. I've accidentally closed the panel that allows you to add effects to the video. And me being stupid, I also accidentally closed the panel to see my video. How do I get them back?

Double click on the name of the workspace in the Workspace bar, or in the Window menu, Workspaces/Reset to Saved Layout.
