Gforce GTX 745

I just completed installing Premiere 5.5 on new i7 computer with Gforce GTX 745 but can't get Mercury Playback Engine enabled.  I installed the latest driver and rebooted.

I now realize that it's not listed on the 'recommended" list but can anyone tell me for sure whether it will work or not?

I can return the computer so need to know...

Jim

That would be back in the CS5.5 program days, it sounds.

Back then, there was a list in the program files for what GPU's PrPro could work with. That GPU was made long after that program ... so naturally, it won't be on the list. What you need to do is find that .txt file, and add your GPU to the list. Then, I think it would "see" that one.
