Gigabyte Aorus Upgrade and Still No Hardware Encoding

In a previous post, I was informed that the Motherboard needs to have integrated graphics (a video out port) in order for Premiere Pro and my computer can use Hardware Encoding for videos. I upgraded to the Gigabyte Z390 Master MB, which does have integrated graphics (HDMI Port), the Intel i9 9900k, 32GB RAM, Titan XP GPU, 1000 Watt PSU....

I checked in the BIOS for Quicksync, and couldn't find it - may have not been looking in the right area.

Still no hardware encoding. I'm at a loss........

It sould be under Bios/ Chipset/ Internal Graphics/ Enable. You have the option of Disable, Enable, and Auto I found Auto did not work.

Remember it is only hardware encoding for H264 (possibly H265) CBR or VRB one pass
