There are several miilion daily users of PrPro.

As this is the only post about this, I don't think this is happening to many users.

Although I'm wondering ... there is an issue with the Track Mixer and certain user-installed hardware, that with the 'right' combination, sets the Track Mixer to Write or Touch mode I think, which means some user steps then accidentally set the volume levels. That may be the issue.
