Glitch after adding essential graphics

Hi, I hope someone can help us. 
After adding essential graphics to our video in premiere pro the program starts to glitch. We are using the MacBook for this program, could it be that this laptop doesn't support the program?

What are the complete computer specs, including hard drives (how many, what kind, what is on each, what capacity, and how full)?
