Glitch in export

I am having an issue where when i go to render out my video there is 1 frame which is glitched on an effect I have done. Does not show the glitch when in premiere pro onluy apperas once I have exported the video. Using ther latest version of premiere.

Sorry to hear about this. We can get this checked. Could you please let us know the effect that you have applied, the system specs (OS, CPU, GPU & RAM) & the export settings that you have used?
