Glitching Audio

Since updating to 2024 all my audio is low pitched, lagging and glitchy on the timeline and when exporting. I have edited the audio in Audition and linked the media back. Can you help, please?

Check the Audio Hardware Preferences. Default Audio Input should be set to No Input.

Reset preferences,

trash media cache,

See how that goes.

Updated: I have tried exporting with Media Encoder with the same results.
