Glitching / Error on Premiere

Hey everyone!

I've been using Premiere Pro for a while, and haven't had much of a problem. But today, when editing my footage this weird glitch keeps flashing up. When I play the footage in Premiere, the glitch spreads a little across my screen- some of it is black and white, some of it is green and pink. It only happens when premiere is open, and not on any other apps on my computer. It only seems to happen with this project too.

Sorry for the bad picture, it was hard to capture whilst it's flashing on my screen lol. I'm no tech head and i'm not too sure what to do from here! Thanks for any response 🙂
