Sorry for the trouble. Please check in the assigned shortcut key for "Go to next edit point" in the Keyboard Shortcut window.

You can access Keyboard shortcut window from:

On Windows: Menu bar > Edit > Keyboard shortcuts

On Mac: Menu bar > Premiere Pro > Keyboard shortcuts
