"Go to the next" /" previous marker" buttons do not work in the Program window - Premiere 23 only

Premiere 23.4.0 (56), Mac studio M1 Max, OS 12.6.5.

I create markers on clips and expect to move playhead over them as I edit. But the buttons in the Program window don't move the playhead over the markers. I can only move it using the hot keys Shift + M / Cmd + Shift + M.

I tryed to reproduce the problem at premiere 22.6.4 and buttons work well there.
