Good config but playback is a hell.

Editing is my full time job and since the v25 it's becoming a hell, i'm even seriously considering moving to Davinci because it's simply starting to be very annoying.

The problem is happening on Playback and can occur in many tasks (randomly but very often), for example i'm about to to extend my text block, the software litteraly freezes, and it freeze all my windows not only PR. It takes around 5 to 10 secs and then i get a black screen, no more playback image  when i hit space, only sound playing, so i'm forced to restart PR.

It also happens when i'm just scrolling/hovering or when i simply hit space to play my timeline.

- I have on Windows 11 24h2,  i9 14900k, 64gb DDR5, RTX 3060ti. Everything is up to date.

- I work on 1080x1920 videos mostly, but also 2k & 4k.

- I use proxy (Proress) but it's even worse sometimes because there's a delay of around 2secs everytime i hit Space.

- I also playback on 1/8 , 1/4 still get the freezes. And now i'm lost, i have no clue to how to fix this problem.
