GoPro action camera files lose quality in Premiere Pro 25.2

GoPro action camera files lose quality in Premiere. Any solutions or suggestions?
I noticed that GoPro files are losing quality in Premiere. Any suggestions for exporting files that don't lose quality for uploading to social media, such as YouTube? Outside of Premiere, the original files are wonderful, but when you import them into the program and export them, they appear pixelated.

Mod note: changed the title to reflect the issue.

If they're pixelated, that's almost always because they weren't edited on the proper sequence settings, or that the export was different than the sequence. So details matter.

Thanks for your considerations. I noticed that YouTube itself pixelates and compresses videos more. The image only looks bad on YouTube. It seems that they are requiring a premium subscription on YouTube for publications in high-quality formats. I always export the video at a bit rate of 50 bits, well above GoPro files, which have 45 bits. For images with a lot of movement, I use CBR with two reading times in the export settings. I also now have a new 4K DCI-P3 monitor from LG. The images on it are very good. They are good for editing a lot of color details that I didn't see on my other Full HD monitor. This new one is wonderful. My old monitor was calibrated with the X-Rite Colormunq calibrator, but it doesn't show as much detail in the image as on the 4K DCI-P3 monitor. I believe that DCI-P3 will become the standard in relation to Adobe S-RGB.

This is the information according to the GoPro media info program. In the export settings, when the image has a lot of movement, expose it with two CBR readings instead of VBR always at 50 mega bits. I hope the media information below is useful.
