(GoPro) After Video Renders the titles and Transitions are low quality and Framey

Hello Everyone,

I am currently editing a video for my work and i just got a new gopro hero6 black and i want to figure out why when i render the video it causes the Titles and transitions to be framey. if you need more details i can supply them.

GoPro is set to record at 1080p 60fps

Sequence is set to DVCPROHD1080i60
Using Cross Dissolve Trans. and a few titles with text and shapes

    What does "framey" mean?

    DVCPROHD1080i60

    'i' means interlaced, you have set your timeline to 30 fps interlaced, Gopro makes progressive footage at 60 fps.

    Why not drag a clip into the New Item Icon for a matching sequence.

    Just Tried that and it still didnt work. The problem that im having isnt with the Gopro video itself. its a problem with the titles and transitions after i render the footage.
