gopro fusion plugin problem - cannot install.

So i install go pro fusion studio and fusion plugins and its not working - i cant see any plugins in premiere pro.
Gopro fusion app is working, but not in premiere - i cannot see any plugins for exaample "goproreframe" so i can edit my 360 vid.

I tried change CC 2019 to 2018, but it didnt work for me. I have the same issue on 2 PC's. In both of them premiere pro and creative cloud are instaled on D drive, no on C (default), but i tried install premiere on C and it doesnt work also.

Any idea?
