GoPro ReFrame Projection Problem

Hello, 

When I apply the GoPro Reframe effect to my Insta 360 X3 4k footage my sequence is adding some odd frames at the top I've tried multiple Projections and sequence settings with no luck. Any ideas? The attached screenshot is the 1080 projection which shows the problem at its greatest.
