Got this message on my project 5/12/26 "the project could not loaded, it may be damaged or contain outdated elements" how can I get this opened?

anyone know how to get this project open? It’s a large project. There are some answers from 8 years ago. I’ve tried a few things I've seen in the community. New project import, installing an older version these didn’t work. Using 26.2.2
