GPU not used for rendering
Greetings everyone
I've been using premiere pro for a bit now, every now and then to edit short clips.
I ran into a issue from the very beginning but then it wasnt really bothering me.
Adobe Premiere Pro only seems to use my Intel Graphics 4600 and not my GTX 1070.
When i deactivate the Inten Graphics, adobe uses my CPU instead. As i said for short clips i dont care, but when i want to animate Text, or cut some more advanced stuff, the program lags and rendering a min clip takes a lot of time.
On my laptop which doesnt have good specs, it actually uses the Nvidia Card instead of the Intel one and there it works perfectly fine. But having to save the clip on a stick and then plug into laptop to work properly is extremely annoying.
I reinstalled it mulitple times, even rebootet my pc and everything. Used same settings as on Laptop but nothing works. I then installed Filmora 9 and there it works perfectly fine and it chooses the GTX 1070. But i really want to work with premiere pro but its almost unsable without the GTX1070 rendering it.
I cant choose the GPU even if i turn GPU acceleration on and i tried different encodings but nothing seems to work.
Premiere Pro either uses the Intel Graphics and if its deactivated my CPU.
Im using Premiere Pro 2020 (didnt have that problem with the 2019 version).
Can anyone help me or give me tipps maybe?
