GPU render issue Premier Pro 2023

Hey all,

I have GPU render error in my PP 2023 ( newest version ). 

Laptop : Macbook Pro M1 Max - MacOS Monterey 12.6.2

I was trying ti fix it in File -> Project settings -> General and change Rendered option to "Software.." but looks like its grayed out ... Any idea why Im not able to change it ?
