Graphic Card suggestion needed

For that system, I would wait a few more months for the new non-Ti GeForce RTX 4060. Otherwise, if you must purchase a GPU right away because your current K2200 is inching closer to EOSL or depreciation to legacy support (remember, the K2200 is based on the first-gen Maxwell architecture that debuted with the GeForce GTX 750(Ti) in 2014), then I'd recommend either a GeForce RTX 3060 or (if you prefer to have a workstation GPU that was previously branded Quadro) an RTX (no Quadro or GeForce branding) A2000 12 GB card. Everything higher than any of the three that I mentioned in this post is seriously overkill for that 9th-Gen 8-core/8-thread CPU.

I'm still using a 1070 with my 12th Gen i9 as so far I've refused to buy into this market. There is a hardware forum here:
