Graphic Templates, pre made templates on premier pro are not allowing my photos to be integrated to the templates. Why is this happening?

Specifically. , ( device screen media replace.aegraphic )    It’s an adobe stock preset template that lets you put your own photos/video in it. I used to use these all the time, now for some reason it won’t let me put in jpeg, or any other file type of photo or video. It used to work seamlessly easy, now for the last couple of months it has given me nothing but problems.
