Graphics are showing up shifted when using After Effects comp through dynamic link

I have an AE composition in my timeline in Premiere. When I play the timeline (or scrub through the timeline) the composition appears shifted to the left 200 pixels or so, even wrapping around to the right side of the program window. When paused, the graphics are closer to normal, but still shifted left 50 pixels or so. Exporting does not fix the issue, it's still shifted left.
