(i am french. This is a google traduction :D)

Hello,
I have a new PC on which I have reinstalled the adobe suite. When launching Premiere, I get the following message: The current version of your Intel display driver may cause stability and performance issues. Updating to driver version 100.8476 or later is strongly recommended. The drivers are provided by Intel or your computer manufacturer.

When I try to install this driver, the computer tells me that it is not recognized and that the installation will stop.
I specify that it is the driver of the integrated video card. However, I also have an NVIDIA graphics card, and I don't know if it is taken into account. Can you solve my problem?

Some people solve the problem by turning the Intel device off

-Use BIOS https://community.adobe.com/t5/Premiere-Pro/quot-could-not-find-any-capable-video-play-modules-quot-error/td-p/4270497 to select a display adapter

Also, Do not count on Windows to be fully up to date when it comes to device drivers
Go to the vendor site to be sure you have an updated driver for your graphic adapter
nVidia Driver Downloads http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
-for Premiere Pro and MAYBE Premiere Elements use the STUDIO driver, not the GAMING driver
-such as (this MAY not be the latest) https://www.nvidia.in/Download/driverResults.aspx/177929/en-in
If you have a laptop you MAY also need to check for a laptop specific nVidia driver

Intel https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/211969/Intel-HD-Graphics-Family
There are also intermittent reports that the newest driver is not always the best driver due to driver bugs or compatibility issues, so you MAY need to try an earlier driver version

Hi HUCHIN5E36,

Thanks for writing in.

You may need to completely remove the existing Intel GPU driver before installing the new one. Here's how you can do it: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000027538/graphics/graphics-for-7th-generation-intel-processors.html

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Nishu
