GRAPHICS instead of TITLE

HI, I'm very new to Premier Pro CC so I'm a little confused with the top menu bar. Whenever I look at tutorials on Youtube etc, the menu bar within the tutorial has File Edit Clip Sequence Markers TITLE Window Help but on my menu bar i have File Edit Clip Sequence Markers GRAPHICS Window Help. So when I follow a lesson and they add a new TITLE, I'm stumped as I can not find a way of adding a new TITLE. I can insert text but then I don't seem to have a choice of fonts. Is it just me or am I missing something, do I have a different version and is there a way of changing the bar?

Thanks for any help or advice/

The newest versions of Premiere re-vamped how you create titles. In the newest version you can simply go to the tool bar and select the text tool. Then you can put the cursor on the program monitor and click and type your text. You can also go to Window/Essential graphics to edit the title properties.

The older version had a drop down that said title/new title.

If you're in the newest version and you'd like to use the old title engine you can go to File/New/Legacy Title.

If I were you I would dive into the new titler as the legacy one eventually is going to be removed.
