Graphics problems still

what does this mean? It is saying type-kits cant be located and wont let me lay pre-set graphics into the timeline. I did suggested actions from a previous post and reset to saved layout on graphics since it often crashes the whole program.

    Just cancel.

    Go into typekit and unsync the font.

    Log out.

    Restart computer.

    Log in.

    resync font.

    Open Premiere, should be fine.

    ok sounds simple enough haha of course not for me... I am looking for where type kit is up in the drop downs?
