Graphics Templates show no content

Hey, I have a problem with a few of our Motion Graphic Templates. When I drag them in the timeline, the content doesnt show up in the viewer or the rendering. I've already reset the preferences and the template works fine on all other machines here.

Does anyone have a clue what might be the problem? Working on Win11 machine with the current build of PP25.

    This could be a GPU or rendering issue. Try switching to software-only rendering in the project settings and make sure your graphics drivers are up to date. Clearing the media cache may also help resolve the issue. If the template works on other machines, it may be specific to your system.

    Hey Fynn,

    Welcome to the community, and sorry for the issue. Are these default Adobe templates, templates created in Premiere Pro, or mogrts created in After Effects? If these are After Effects mogrt files, please try removing one of the templates and installing it again. Please also let me know if using version 25.0, 25.1, or the Beta. Please also try clearing the media cache files (Here's how: https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-pro/kb/clear-cache.html). Let us know how it goes.
